The exploration area belongs from 3/4 to the cadastral area of Nižná Rybnica municipality and from 1/4 to the cadaster of Ruskovce municipality, which administratively fall into Michalovce district, Eastern Slovak region.
In terms of communication, the survey area has a favorable position. The state road of I. Class Michalovce – V. Nemecké passes about 0.5 km south of the exploration area, with which it is connected by a field path with a solid base. The nearest train station is Michalovce, 18.5 km away.
The aim of the conducted search survey “Nižná Rybnica” was to verify 4.5 million m3 of gravel sand in the category of C2.
The qualitative parameters of the raw material were the given criterion of ČSN 72 1512 and 1513, deposit and storage conditions were evaluated in terms of general conditions.
The project involves investment in a proven but currently undeveloped field of stone rubble. The object is located in the Eastern Slavka region (Slovakia) near the border with Ukraine.
The confirmed volume of stone rubble reserves is about 12 million tons, and at least 0.5 million tons of rubble can be extracted per year. This quarry has all the necessary licenses, and the operation of the quarry will comply with environmental legislation and environmental requirements.
Operating activities will be outsourced to a professional mining company. The quarry location has good transport accessibility, including a railway station.
The company “M7 development” invites investors to build a modern residential village for 33 thousand residents. The village will be located near the city of Lviv, Ukraine.
The project “Parkside” provides for the construction of more than 1 million m2 of housing. It allows you to save on scale, build standard houses and ground Parking, use a concrete and house-building plant, which significantly reduces the cost of construction.
The project consists of three separate subprojects: “Residential complex”, “Shopping center’ and “Water Park”. The residential complex will be built together with kindergartens, schools and parks.
